This competition was hosted by United Wholesale Mortgage to build brand recognition and reach our goal of 500 new hires. The announcement and competition communications were all internal. These graphics included announcements, extra info, leaderboards, and winners. Externally, I designed social media graphics that fall into the recruiting or work perk categories. Team members can share these on their own social media pages with their referral link, receiving points. I worked very closely with our social media specialist throughout this campaign.
